By channeling smoke and heat beneath a full-length baffle plate before allowing it to rise evenly across the cooking grate, it delivers a uniform temperature from end to end—no need to rotate or reposition your meats. This efficient flow not only simplifies the cook, but gives you a more balanced flavor in every bite whether you’re smoking pork, beef or any other product you choose.
